Superb service. Called them on a Sunday and came out right away. My furnace wasn't turning on after I installed a new thermostat. He was able to pinpoint the problem to a faulty relay switch inside the furnace right away and was charged a very reasonable amount to have it replaced. The tech went out of his way to clean up some of the inner components also and took the time to answer all of my questions. Over the years I've been calling random HVAC companies for all HVAC work but have never been truly satisfied until meeting Tyson. Definitely holding onto their phone number for all HVAC work in the future.   -John H.

Just had to have my upstairs heat pump replaced.  Tyson has been servicing both our upstairs and downstairs units for the past 4 or 5 years.  When the upstairs unit was acting up over a weekend, he was quick to return our call and offered advice over the phone prior to scheduling a service call for later that morning.  He called my wife and I to let us know that he was on his way and approximately how long it would be before he arrived.  Once there, he was able to diagnose the problem quickly, and even with it not being the outcome that I had hoped for, he was able to offer several options.  Since our unit was about 10 years old, we opted for a new heat pump.  The order was placed and installation was scheduled.  When Tyson and his team arrived, they quickly began prepping the inside of our house with drop-cloths from the front door, all the way up the steps and down the hall.  Every place that they felt they may step was covered.  The new heat pump was installed in just a few short hours and we could not be happier!

Professional from start to finish.  We have recommended Tyson's to both friends and family - who have all called to thank us after experiencing the above and beyond service that is provided.

He came out on a Sunday when our furnace failed, when most other places were closed (only $30 extra). The replacement part was out of stock in Frederick, so he drove all the way up to Baltimore, and it was fixed by 10AM on Monday. Incredible service, professional, and fair pricing.
